
A grappler's paradise this on this map. Loads of room in base and
outside in the middle to make flying visits and returns. There are
three ways into the base. Two of them are via long narrow corridors
easy to defend and one via the main entrance with a quick entrance
to the flag room. There are loads of cells to keep the PS in each
base full for each defender plus the MH and YA are also at hand. The
flag is located at the top of a set of stairs at the back of the flag
room and is impossible to get to undetected. But because of the high
ceiling and large flag room attackers can use the grapple to aid them
steal the flag without touching the floor. This is the map you need
your railgun defenders on and monkey grapplers. Besides the main entrance
into the base is the secondary main entrance which leads attackers
along a corridor adjacent to the flag room and then into the base
from a ledge vantage point. Attackers are flag high here and have
the option of dropping to the floor to avoid defenders of grapple
across the ceiling. The 3rd entrance into the base is from above the
base itself. This is via a lift which takes attackers down below the
floor of the flag room and along below the other corridor and into
the flag room on ground level. The defence have enough weaponry and
ammo to stop attackers from the two corridors very easily but it's
the other main entrance that they should look at carefully. The CG
is situated just at the front of this entrance to the base with a
sharp corner leading out of the flag room and into the middle ground.
Fast grapplers will fly through this part of the base so listen out
for grappling sounds. If you defend with 3 men then place one at each
entrance otherwise keep your two defenders up high and have them keeping
an eye on the main entrance, because even though it is the quickest
route in/out of the base, it's normally not used as much because of
the lack of weapons and ammo. The attackers of your team should get
themselves a PS and attack the bases when others do so. Going in alone
will only cause them to have to tool up again or die before they even
get to the flag. The middle of the map is split into three areas with
a river running between them. Each area is connected by a bridge with
some cells on each one and a SSG by each base entrance. The attackers
favourite trick will be to grapple to the top of their base and enter
it via the lift, as most defenders will be on the ground waiting for
them. If you need to cut off the FC then as long as you have one man
on the ground waiting for him, get up high as this will also provide
the best place for railing him.
