
Someone's idea of a joke has caused the PS to be in a rather unusual
situation. The lava of all places! The flag is well hidden away though
and the defence only need to worry about 2 entrances into the base.
One from above and one from the front. The one from above has a lift
down to the flag or an attacker can jump off the ledge and grapple
in towards the flag. The best place for a defender guarding this area
would be at the place where the attacker gets to this upper area.
If the defender stands at the top of the ramp leading down towards
the outside of the base he can watch for incoming attacks and if needed
cut off FCs by moving to the middle before they go out the main entrance.
The base has an RL, RG, CG, SG and Jacket armour as well as plenty
of ammo for these weapons. The PS though is by far the most important
item to get in the base as the defence will find that a lot of the
attacks will be forceful ones and not sneaky ones. The defence will
have to take hits and without a PS they will not last long at all.
Just outside the main entrance is the YA, SSG and more ammo. Having
a second defender going back and forth from the YA to the PS area
is another good point of presence as attackers will not know when
to expect this defender after even several attacks. When attackers
do enter the base and manage to steal the flag they will more than
likely fight their way out to start with then turn to the grapple
to aid their escape. The middle area is a square shape with a lower
and upper part. An RA is located in the centre of this square and
provides great protection for those that get it. Attackers should
use this RA and fight their way into the base at times never allowing
the defenders to get complacent and think they are invincible because
on this map probably more than any other they certainly aren't.
